start of a lot of XC flights, from March to November strong thermals at mid-day to 1700. sometimes it'ts posible to fly over 4000 m...at 1900!!! meeting point at the olive's tree under the landing 1600/1700 (summer) 1300/1500 (winter)

Large and easy for all kind of pilots Orientation from SW to NW very long and wide, ok for beginners Don't fly low over the road ! Study info board at LZ, which shows the areas which ar not be be overflown, resp with at least 150/Gnd! LANDING: Follow road to 'Sierra Nevada' at the end of the tunnel turn rght (do NOT go left to 'Cenes de la Vega'!),then it's the first exit (again 'Cenes de la Vega'), after having undercrossed the highwaybridge your there: you can't miss it! TAKE OFF: Follow the road to 'Sierra Nevada', the turn right for ' el Purche'; follow this road after the restaurant of el Purche until the first track on the right side. Park your car at the picnic area, the take off it's just at 2 minutes walking up.

Don't fly with N wind, very turbulent!
