This site takes a west wind most common in spring and autumn.

There are 25 kilometers of perfect soaring dunes in the north of holland. Please respect these natural dunes witch they protect the lowlands. Takeoff is prohibited only before the feet of the dunes, NOT ON TOP OF THE DUNES. Landing is on the same terms and place where you takeoff. By car or by bus. There are nice camping sites almost on the beach. In the summertime crowded.
