JHMR is a lee side thermal site and is not to be taken casually during the midday grind. Mornings can be smooth with many tandem pilots introducing folks to the air. This is an extremely sensitive site and there are many important regulations regarding flying here. Please consult local Jackson Hole Free Flight club pilots and the Jackson Hole Paragliding concession before flying here and fill out JHMR waiver. JHPG pilots meet everyday in the summer at 7:45 AM.
